Where we ship

NestU currently accepts orders for eligible United States delivery addresses only. Available shipping service, any shipping charge, taxes, and the final order total appear at Shopify checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free when checkout offers it.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders normally require 1–3 business days to process before dispatch. Please allow up to 5 business days. For products fulfilled through CJdropshipping, estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

Products may ship directly from an overseas fulfillment location, including China. The parcel's origin does not change NestU's responsibility for customer support or an order issue.

Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels and receive separate tracking numbers. Tracking is sent to the contact information provided at checkout when it becomes available.

Delays and cancellations

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will notify you and offer cancellation and a refund for the affected unshipped item when applicable. To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible. We will cancel before dispatch when we can intercept the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
